Arteco recently completed a cutting-edge pharmaceutical cold storage facility for a prominent Epidemic Prevention Center in Singapore. The cold storage facility, with a capacity of 60 cubic meters, is designed to maintain a stable temperature range of 2-8°C, which is crucial for preserving the integrity of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. The installation features a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly refrigeration system powered by a Copeland wind-cooled compressor unit, which is renowned for its reliability and performance.

The walls of the cold storage are constructed with 100mm thick polyurethane double-sided color steel cold room panels, providing exceptional insulation and thermal retention properties. This not only ensures a stable cold chain but also minimizes energy consumption, leading to significant cost savings over time.

To further enhance the management and monitoring of the cold storage environment, the facility is equipped with a dedicated control box, precision temperature and humidity recorders, and an audio-visual alarm system. These state-of-the-art features automate and standardize the monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with the strictest pharmaceutical storage regulations.
